Phoenicia Lodge

Had the best time at Phoenicia Lodge! Jennifer and Maureen were super cute, and the cabins were cozy and clean. Enjoyed breakfast with yummy muffins every morning and the fire pit in the evening. A bit of noise from the road was noticeable, but overall, a fantastic stay!

I lovely spend 2 nights in Phoenicia. The room itself was clean and incredibly comfortable with bedroom, twin beds as advertised. The personnel was extremely friendly and especially helpful, and the owner too.

Charming hotel, the staff were all affable and excellent and the location was perfect in a beautiful area. Had exceptionally clean room with twin beds and bedroom, as example for a great stay. Location : the property was right by the attractions, Woodstock brewery, and the center. Also, main attraction such as an antique store was 1 mile from this hotel.

Is it hype or the real deal?

The breakfast spread is good, offering homemade bread, muffins, and fresh fruit! The hospitality from the staff can't be beaten!

Some rooms might feel cramped and lack reliable Wi-Fi, which could be an issue for connectivity needs.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite spotty. I also found the cabin could feel cramped at times, especially when trying to move around. Although the breakfast had its moments, it lacked variety after a few days, and I wished for more options.

my stay was fantastic as the cozy cabin was like a home away from home, and I loved how easy it was to walk to nearby parks and explore the charming Phoenicia Playhouse just a bit over a kilometer away.

The cozy cabin atmosphere made our stay relaxing, especially with access to a rustic outdoor fire pit that became our evening gathering spot.

The air conditioning struggled , leaving the unit feeling more humid than comfortable.

Cabins feature comfy beds, refreshed bathrooms, and cozy picnic tables with Weber grills. Rustic charm sets the tone for a peaceful escape amidst nature.

Air conditioning struggled during a heat wave, leaving room #10 musty and cramped. Ant infestations, leaky fixtures, and a tiny space.

Great hiking nearby and the breakfast muffins were delicious, but Wi-Fi was spotty.

The cabin was tolerable, but it's hard to enjoy when the air conditioning struggled was good. I was deeply disappointed there's no complimentary welcome gift when I arrived, given the cost of my stay. I almost would have given a good review but just couldn't, considering the multiple shortcomings.

The location was ideal, very close to Main Street, with easy access to Woodstock and the beautiful Catskill Mountains. The cabins were clean and offered a cozy atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the access to outdoor recreational activities, including hiking trails nearby.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak in certain areas, which could be inconvenient for staying connected.

It was a good option for a short visit in Phoenicia with solid value for the price. Maureen quickly helped me with a blow dryer I forgot to pack. Check out the local market for late-night snacks!

The location is very convenient, close to a river and just 3 miles from Catskills Yoga House.
